2025 Creta Electric: Interior And Exterior Design

At first look, the new Creta Electric looks exactly like the ICE version. However, a few key design elements differentiate the electric version. On the front, the Creta Electric features connected daytime running LEDs, vertically-stacked headlamps, and a new pixelated graphic grill at the bottom (with an integrated charging port). Toward the bottom, we can see the green number plate, along with the silver cladding and active air flaps.

The R17 Aero alloys with low rolling resistance dominate the vehicle’s side profile. Other elements include body-colored door handles, ORVMs (with integrated indicators), blackened A, B, and C pillars, and roof rails. While the rear profile of the vehicle is also similar to the ICE version (with connected LED tail lamps), it features a pixelated graphic rear bumper, along with the silver skid plate at the bottom.

The Creta Electric will be available in the following colors: Abyss Black Pearl, Atlast White, Fiery Red Pearl, Starry Night, Ocean Blue Metallic (the signature color), Ocean Blue Matte, Titan Gray Matte, Robust Emerald Matte, and two DT options: Atlas White with black roof and Ocean Blue Metallic with black roof.

2025 Creta Electric: Battery Pack And Range

While the company revealed the range of one battery pack in the teaser, several reports claim that the Creta Electric will be available with two battery packs.

The smaller battery pack has a capacity of 42 kWh and offers a range of 390 km, while the larger battery pack has a capacity of 51.4 kWh and a range of 473 km. From what it looks like, the company could brand these as the short-range and the long-range variants of the Creta Electric.

Further, the batteries can go from 10-80% in 58 minutes (with a DC fast charger) and 10-100% in four hours with the 11 kW Smart Connected Wall Box charger (that the company might sell separately). With the vehicle-to-load functionality, the battery pack also lets people charge their smartphones or other devices.

As seen in the teaser, the top-tier long-range trim can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds.

2025 Creta Electric: Features Shown In The Teaser

The first feature shown is unlocking via digital key (probably using the NFC technology, which creates a digital key for the vehicle in the connected smartphone). In another shot, we get a glimpse of a new steering wheel with mounted media and driver assistance controls.

There’s a driving mode selector knob on the dashboard, which helps the driver shift between Eco, Normal, and Sport modes. The close-up shot of the front grill also shows what looks like a RADAR system for ADAS features. For those wondering, the vehicle will include a large panoramic sunroof.

A relatively new feature shown in the teaser is the gear selector on the indicator stick. Additional features include two 10.25-inch screens, a Bose Sound System, ventilated front seats, six airbags, and a 360-degree camera.
