2026 Tata Punch Variant-Wise Features Breakdown
2026 Tata Punch Smart: Rs. 5.59 lakhs (ex-showroom)

The 2026 Tata Punch’s base variant, Smart, is very well equipped for the price.
It offers features like LED headlamps (with follow-me-home functionality), 15-inch steel wheels, a two-spoke steering wheel, fabric seats, keyless entry, central locking, drive modes, and a semi-digital cluster.
In terms of safety, the variant includes six airbags as standard, an in-line tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), ESC, hill hold assist, ISOFIX child seat mounts, three-point seatbelts with reminders for all, and a front-adjustable headrest.
What the variant lacks, however, is rear power windows, rear AC vents, rear defogger. a basic infotainment screen, and an audio system.
Writer’s Note: If you’re on a very tight budget, the Tata Punch Smart still offers all the functional features. However, if you strictly don’t want to retrofit an infotainment system and speakers, you should consider the next model.
2026 Tata Punch Pure: Rs. 6.49 lakhs (ex-showroom)

This variant does add a couple of useful features over the Punch Smart, but the premium of Rs. 90,000 seems a tad too much.
It gets an illuminated steering wheel, day/night-adjustable IRVMs, rear power windows, a 15W USB-C charger at the front, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear AC vents, and a front-center armrest. There’s a rear defogger as well.
Although the Pure variant doesn’t include an infotainment system, Tata has provided a four-speaker audio setup, which can be paired with a touchscreen (as and when you purchase one).
Writer’s Note: The Punch Pure appears to be the more sensible base variant, provided you have the budget for it. The infotainment system is still missing (aftermarket fitment could cost around Rs. 10,000-15,000).
2026 Tata Punch Pure Plus: Rs. 6.99 lakhs (ex-showroom)

For another Rs. 50,000 over the Punch Pure, the Pure Plus offers an 8-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, cruise control (that’s an important addition), 65W USB-C fast charger on the front, 15W USB-C rear charger, height-adjustable driver seat, and a reverse parking camera.
You also get a shark fin antenna, wheel covers, dual-tone seats, a dual-tone horn, a vanity mirror for the co-driver, and a spare wheel.
Writer’s Note: With the infotainment screen, reverse parking camera, and cruise control, the Punch Pure Plus is one of the most value-for-money variants in the entire lineup.
- For an additional Rs. 35,000 over the Pure Plus, you can get the Pure Plus S variant, which offers a single-pane sunroof, roof rails, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and a co-driver collapse grab handle.
2026 Tata Punch Adventure: Rs. 7.59 lakhs (ex-showroom)

For another Rs. 60,000 over the Pure Plus variant, the Adventure trim offers 15-inch stylized steel wheels, automatic climate control, push-button start-stop, auto-fold ORVM, and an in-built air purifier.
It is the list of safety features that sees a major bump on this model, though. The Punch Adventure trim offers auto headlamps, a rear wiper and washer, a 360-degree camera, a blind-spot monitor, and rain-sensing wipers.
Writer’s Note: The Punch Adventure is a promising mid-spec variant, with a key safety feature — a 360-degree camera — often found in more expensive vehicles.
- There’s an Adventure S sub-trim as well, which primarily adds the single-pane sunroof to the variant for an additional Rs. 35,000.
- Furthermore, the Adventure trim is available with a new turbo-petrol engine producing 120 PS and 172 Nm of peak torque (borrowed from the Nexon), paired with a six-speed manual transmission, for an ex-showroom price of Rs. 8.29 lakhs.
2026 Tata Punch Accomplished: Rs. 8.29 lakhs (ex-showroom)

This is the variant that you’ve been seeing in promotional pictures, YouTube videos, and Instagram reels so far.
Only the Accomplished trim gets the LED DRLs and LED taillamp setup, along with 16-inch alloy wheels, an integrated spoiler, a touchscreen panel for the climate controls, ambient lighting, and the massive 10.25-inch infotainment system with a four-inch semi-digital cluster.
Other notable additions include a black-and-white dashboard, black-and-gray seats, a cooled glovebox, extended under-thigh support for both the front and rear seats, a parcel tray, rear-adjustable headrests, and hill-descent control (yet another feature that belongs to the higher segment of cars).
Writer’s Note: The Punch Accomplished is an easy recommendation, as it appears to be the complete top trim with all the style and comfort features. It looks and feels the most modern of them all. However, the on-road price might be a bit too much for buyers considering a sub-compact SUV.

2026 Tata Punch Accomplished Plus S: Rs. 8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom)

The Punch Accomplished is the most feature-loaded variant, as it’s at the top of the lineup.
Over the Accomplished variant, Accomplished Plus S offers LED fog lamps with cornering feature, 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering and gear knob, a wireless phone charger, auto-dimming IRVM, an electric sunroof, one-touch up and down for the driver’s window, a rear armrest, puddle lamps, and paddle-shifters on the AMT version.
Additional features include a 7-inch digital driver’s display, connected-car features, and four additional tweeters mounted above the speakers.
Writer’s Note: While the Punch Accomplished Plus S is the most loaded trim of the lineup, its on-road price could be over Rs. 10 lakhs, making it appear slightly over-priced for a sub-compact SUV. At this price, buyers have plenty of other options, which include bigger cars with more space.
- Tata also sells the Accomplished Plus S Turbo variant for an ex-showroom price of Rs. 9.79 lakhs, and an on-road price of close to Rs. 11 lakhs.
