Amazfit GTR 2 with SpO2 monitor priced at ₹12,999 is up for pre-order now

Amazfit is gearing up to launch its flagship GT 2 smartwatch series in India. The event is set for December 17. There will be 3 watches this time around namely Amazfit GTR 2, GTS 2, and GTS 2 mini. Off these, the GTR 2 is currently available for pre-order for a limited period.

Here are the details.

Amazfit GTR 2 Pre-Order Offers

Amazfit GTR 2 Sports edition is priced at ₹12,999 whilst the Classic Edition will be out at ₹13,499. The wearable is up for pre-booking from 11th December 2020 till 17th December 2020. Those who reserve a unit will be offered a free additional replaceable strap. You can pre-order from both Amazfit official site as well as its retail partner Flipkart.

Amazfit GTR 2 Specs

The watch sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 326ppi pixel density and 450nits peak lux. It comes equipped with a bunch of sensors (heart rate, SpO2 OxygenBeats AI Engine, accelerometer, air pressure sensor, ambient light, and gyroscope), 12 sports modes, up to 600 songs storage, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, and 5ATM water resistance. Amazfit claims up to 14 days of battery life, which can extend up to 38 days with the built-in power-saving mode.

Amazfit GTS 2 Specs

Although GTS 2 shares a bunch of internal nuts and bolts with the GTR2, it varies in terms of display, battery life, dimensions, and weight. It features a 1.65-inch display, a 246mAh battery capable of delivering up to 20 days of battery life in power saving mode. It weighs 24.7 grams and is 9.7mm in thickness.

Amazfit GTS 2 mini Specs

This one, on the other hand, as the name suggests is a stripped-down version of GTS 2. It comes with a 1.55-inch AMOLED display, 5ATM water resistance, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, 70 sports modes, and a bunch of trackers for things like 24-hour heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, and other activities. Inside, GTS 2 mini carries a 220mAh battery, which vaunts up to 21 days of runtime in “basic watch” mode.
