Given that the Indian festival season starts early this year, we expect sales to begin accordingly. Great Indian Festival 2025: Dates & Timings

The Great Indian Festival 2025 “will start soon,” writes Amazon on its official blog post. Although the platform hasn’t confirmed the sale’s schedule yet, we can speculate the dates based on the sale’s commencement date and the difference between the Indian festivals (including Dussehra and Diwali).

• Last year, the Great Indian Festival sale began on September 27, 2024, which was roughly two weeks before the festival of Dussehra, on October 12, 2024, which was a Friday.
• If you do the math, the sale commenced 15 days before Dussehra and 32 days before Diwali. Now, let’s keep those numbers in mind and apply them to the sales’ expected schedule this year.
• This year, Dussehra is on October 2, 2025. If we apply the 15-day gap between the sale’s beginning and the festival, the sale should begin around September 17, 2025, on Wednesday.
• However, since it’s the middle of the week, the closest Friday, which is on September 19, 2025, makes the most sense, at least to us.

While this is our speculation, some reports also suggest that the sale could begin on September 25, 2025.

Regardless of the date of commencement, two things will remain true. First, the sale will begin at 12:00 AM. Second, Prime members will have exclusive 24-hour early access to the Great Indian Festival 2025 sale.

Amazon has already announced several offers for the Great Indian Festival 2025 sale. For instance, the platform will offer a 10% instant discount with SBI debit/credit card and credit card EMI transactions.

• Furthermore, the platform will offer up to 40% off on smartphones and accessories from brands such as Apple, Samsung, iQOO, and OnePlus.
• Those looking forward to purchasing electronics and accessories will receive an 80% discount on products from brands like HP, Samsung, boat, and Sony.
• When it comes to home appliances, customers will get up to 65% off from brands such as LG, Samsung, Haier, and Godrej. Customers will also get exchange offers and no-cost EMIs.
• Smart TVs and monitors are also among the most popular categories on Amazon, and the platform will offer a 65% discount on brands like Sony, Samsung, LG, and Xiaomi, along with coupon discounts, no-cost EMI, and exchange offers.
• Last but not least, buyers will also get up to 80% off on home, kitchen, and outdoors products from brands as Aquaguard, Titan, Nilkamal, and Hindware.

When it comes to smartphones, users can expect models like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, OnePlus 13R, and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 to be on sale, along with huge discounts. However, more details about the products and the deals should surface with time.
