2023 will finally be the year when Apple will add new Macs to its existing portfolio. Reportedly the brand is planning to launch a new M3 iMac, a 15-inch MacBook Air, and a new Mac Pro very soon. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has shared some pivotal information about these new Macs. Let us have a look at what he has to say.
Apple New Macs line-up for 2023

Gurman claims that the new iMac which will be the successor to the one that came out in 2021 is currently in the engineering validation testing and production tests for the iMac are now underway.
The new iMac will come with the next-gen M3 chipset. It is expected in 2 versions codenamed J433, & J434. M3 chipset might be based on a 3nm process for the performance boost. The new iMac is said to sport a 24-inch screen and come in blue, silver, pink, and orange colorways. While the production tests have begun, mass production is not expected for the next 3 months. So, the new iMac might be available for purchase only in the second half of 2023. The announcement, however, might take place during the WWDC 2023.
A new 15-inch MacBook Air with the codename J515 is also expected. MacBook Air might also be powered by the upcoming M3 chip and announced at WWDC 2023 since it will most probably have a late spring or summer launch.
A new Mac Pro with Apple Silicon is also expected for the first time. The new M3 chipset might make its way to the new iPad Pro but this one might arrive in 2024, along with the M3 Pro and M3-Max-based Macbook Pros.
Apple iPhone 14 Series: New Colorway
Last year in March, Apple launched iPhone 13 in a new green color and this time too, it seems like Apple is working on introducing a new shade to the iPhone 14 family. Reports claim that Apple is planning to launch a yellow-colored iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus during spring 2023. PR Team of Apple is conducting a briefing next week which could be about the yellow iPhone 14.
Last year, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini were introduced in a simple green shade while iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max came out in an Alpine green color. It is yet to be known if Apple will use the same strategy for iPhone 14 Series this year or not.
However, this is not the first time that Apple is launching a yellow iPhone. A yellow iPhone 11 was released in 2019 along with the iPhone XR and iPhone 5C.
