Apple Vision Air: Launch Timeline & Details

According to a report by Mark Gurman, the Apple Vision Air is expected to launch between late 2025 and early 2026. Although the Vision Pro has received mixed reviews and has seen disappointing sales, Apple remains committed to the project. The Vision Air is anticipated to be more affordable, lighter, and sleeker than the Vision Pro.

Previous reports suggested that the Apple Vision Air could have an aluminum exterior, with internal parts constructed from titanium, significantly decreasing the weight of the expected headset.

The current Vision Pro, without an external battery pack, weighs 650 grams, whereas the anticipated Vision Air is expected to be lighter. It will be available in Graphite and Dark Blue colors.

However, it is still unclear whether the Apple Vision Air will serve as a successor to the Vision Pro 2 or if it will be launched as a separate model.
