Editions and Pre-Order Details EA is offering two digital editions of the game:

Gameplay and Story Overview

Battlefield 6 builds on the series’ formula of large-scale, combined-arms warfare. At launch, the game includes nine maps, a full story-driven campaign, and several multiplayer modes like Conquest and Breakthrough. The popular Battlefield Portal mode also returns, allowing players to create custom matches.

The campaign is set between 2027 and 2028 and follows a Marine Raider unit called Dagger 13 as they fight a private military company, Pax Armata, across global hotspots.

What to Expect at Launch
