Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is among the most successful video games launched this year. The game already has over 10M downloads on the Google Play Store, which is a testament to its popularity. While we’ve already covered the maps, new features, and events in a separate post, Activision has also confirmed that the title supports inputs via a controller, which could further enhance players’ gameplay.

Play COD Warzone Mobile With A Controller

Generally, controllers are recommended for someone with prior experience with a console or PC game. However, they can also help users who are facing trouble with touch controls on smartphones. Since controllers have arrows or thumbsticks for controlling aim and shooting, they make it easier to aim and navigate in the game. Hence, it makes sense for Activision to provide controller support for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.

COD Warzone Mobile Supported PlayStation And Xbox Controllers

The video game supports inputs via various controllers, including PlayStation, Xbox, and other third-party models. For PlayStation players, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile supports the DualShock 4, DualSense, and DualSense Edge controllers. For Xbox players, the video game supports the Xbox Adaptive controller, Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, Wireless Controller for Series S/X, and the regular Wireless Controller.

How To Connect Controller With Smartphone?

To connect the controller:

  1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  2. Press and hold the PS and Share buttons or the Connect button until you see the blue light flashing (indicating that the device has entered pairing mode).
  3. Select the controller from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Those with wireless controllers and a phone with a DisplayPort (USB-C) should also be able to mirror the video game on a supported monitor or television. This way, they can enjoy Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile on a bigger screen with a controller.
