Carl also revealed in the memo that the company’s workforce has grown, specifically its software and camera teams, which have expanded by almost 50%. This should result in better products and greater innovation.

Nothing is expected to launch three new phones in addition to the Phone (3). Just last month, multiple Nothing phones appeared in GSM records, including the Nothing Phone (3a), Nothing Phone (3a) Plus, and the CMF Phone 2. Leaked benchmarks suggest the Phone (3a) series will likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and feature a dual-camera setup, just like its predecessor.

Nothing is still working to catch up with the AI advancements that other phone makers have achieved since 2023. It will be interesting to see how the Phone (3) tackles the competition.
