The Consumer Electronics Show is in full swing in Las Vegas. Every day, dozens of companies around the world showcase new products or services with innovative tech solutions at their core. While some of the products showcased are still concepts, most will make their way to a public release.
That said, here’s a list of the 10 most interesting products or technologies showcased at CES 2025 during the first three days.
Lenovo’s Rollable Screen Laptop
Although Lenovo announced a lot of products during the CES 2025, there’s one in particular that caught our eye. Dubbed the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6, the laptop is equipped with a flexible OLED screen with motors built into the chassis (which help roll the screen out or back inside the chassis).
Users can either press a dedicated key on the laptop or raise their hand to the webcam (which appears to be the more fun way) to extend the laptop’s screen. While resting, the laptop has a 14-inch screen. However, upon rolling up the flexible OLED display, the screen size goes up to 16.7-inches (measured vertically).
For those wondering about its durability, the product is rated to last for at least 20,000 rolls (up and down) and 30,000 opening/closing of the lid hinge. Regarding specs, the laptop offers up to Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 processor, along with 32GB of DDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of SSD. The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 will be available later this year for $3,500.

Aptera’s Solar-Powered EV

Aptera Motors, an automaker from California, revealed the first production-ready solar EV. The dolphin-shaped car can only carry two people, but if parked under direct sunlight, it can add around 60 kilometers of range to the car daily. The car does so with the help of four solar panels mounted on its exterior, capable of generating 700 watts of electricity.
For longer trips, the Aptera solar-powered EV has a claimed range of over 600 kilometers on a single charge (via electricity). The three-wheeled FDW vehicle has a single-motor setup that can generate up to 198 bhp of maximum power, allowing it to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in around six seconds. It will be available later this year in the United States.
Halliday’s XR Smart Glasses (With Hidden Display)
While other smart glasses manufacturers are trying to project a screen on the lenses of the glass, wearable startup Halliday has come up with something unique at CES 2025.
Halliday’s Smart Glasses feature a tiny round module (called DigiWindow) that fits in the right eyeglass frame and directly projects a 3.5-inch round screen into the user’s eye. This way, the company bypasses the challenge of equipping the glasses with AR lenses, often making the device more expensive.
The device is capable of translating over 40 languages in real-time. Further, it can showcase phone notifications and navigation directions. It also has a built-in AI assistant (which works with the help of a microphone or speaker). What’s more interesting is that users can use prescription lenses in the Halliday Smart Glasses.

Swippitt Hub And Swappable iPhone Battery Case

For those of us who’ve used a toaster, the mechanism is pretty simple. You insert a bread loaf into the toaster, press a button on the side, and in a few moments, a freshly-toasted piece of bread comes out of the device. The Swippit Hub looks like a toaster, except it boosts your phone’s battery life (instead of toasting it).
The Swippit system consists of a toaster-like hub and an interchangeable battery pack case. Once you slap the case on your smartphone, it starts charging via the built-in battery. However, when the battery needs recharging, you can simply put your phone (with the Swippit battery pack case) into the Swippit Hub.
The hub then replaces the interchangeable battery inside the phone case with one that’s completely charged, and that’s it. In a few seconds, your smartphone is ready to go. However, the entire system costs a whopping $570 ($450 for the hub with five batteries and $120 for the charging case).
Roborock Saros Z70: A Vacuum Cleaner With A Mechanical Arm
Among the most interesting products showcased at CES 2025 is a robotic vacuum cleaner with an extendable mechanical arm. While the device does all the regular cleaning and mopping stuff, the robotic arm can lift and remove things from its path. Once the cleaner completes its job, it can also place the items on the floor at their designated place.
The product also integrates AI to detect up to 108 obstacles. However, the robotic arm, along with a vacuum cleaner with a suction power of 22,000 Pa, comes at a steep price of $1,600. The Roborock Saros Z70 will be available to purchase in February 2025 for buyers in the United States.

Samsung’s The Frame Pro Smart TV With Better Display Quality
Ahead of the CES 2025, Samsung revealed Vision AI, the suite of GenAI features for its smart TVs, which include features like Click to Search, Live Translation, and Generative Wallpapers. With Vision AI, the company also unveiled The Frame Pro.
When compared to its predecessor, The Frame Pro features Neo QLED technology for brighter colors, sharper contrasts, and improved local dimming for deeper blacks. Moreover, the ‘Pro’ series television improves the one main complaint The Frame series had, i.e., picture quality.
Over-The-Counter Glucose Monitors For Continuous Health Monitoring

Two of the most popular healthcare companies, Abbott and Dexom, revealed their continuous glucose monitors (CGM) at the CES 2025.
Stelo by Dexcom can help people with Type 2 diabetes (people not on insulin and prediabetics) and those who are 18 years or older. The device features a small, flexible wire sensor that’s inserted underneath users’ skin. Then, it can track the users’ glucose levels 24 hours a day. The sensor’s life span is 30 days and costs $90 a month.
While Stelo focuses more on glucose monitoring, Lingo by Abbott is more about tracking general wellness. The sensor uses the glucose data to offer personalized suggestions (and lasts up to 14 days). Unlike Stelo, though, Lingo is only available on iOS devices and costs $89 for four weeks.

What About A 500W Charger With 6 USB Ports?

A company called Ugreen has unveiled the world’s first 500W charger at the CES 2025. The charging brick has five USB-C ports (with one 240W port and four 100W ports) and one USB-A port (with 20W) of output. While the 240W doesn’t share its power with others, the other five ports, at any given point, have to share the remaining 260W.
The Ugreen 500W charger does support Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 and USB-PD 3.1 fast charging protocols. However, given that it weighs 1.8 kilograms, it is better suited as a fixed charging solution than one that buyers can carry around. Even so, the Gallium charger offers plenty of flexibility in terms of charging options, especially for those who keep all these devices on a desk.
Samsung’s 4,000 Nits Micro LED Display For Smartwatches
In 2025, consumer-grade smartwatches can go as bright as 3,200 nits (on the Apple Watch Ultra 2) or 2,000 nits (on the Pixel Watch 3). However, the Korean tech giant Samsung showcased a new Micro LED display for smartwatches at CES 2025, which can reach a peak brightness of 4,000 nits.
So far, we’ve seen the Micro LED technology on flagship televisions, which helps manufacturers increase the overall brightness. Although Micro LEDs for smartwatches are just a proof of concept, they could help improve smartwatches’ visibility under direct sunlight.

One of the most striking reveals of the CES 2025, the Hisense TriChroma LED TV (116-inch) offers a peak brightness of 10,000 nits with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and exceptional clarity. Driven by the company’s Hi-View AI Engine X, the smart TV optimizes all the frames using advanced features like AI RGB Local Dimming, AI Banding Smoother, enhanced dynamic contrast, and color adjustments.
