At this year’s CES, the focus will extend beyond traditional wheeled vehicles to include flying taxis from companies such as Hyundai. While these aerial vehicles resemble large drones equipped with cockpits, firms like Archer Aviation and Joby Aviation are committed to introducing EVTOL services by 2025.

Samsung Electronics will hold a press conference on January 6, a day before CES officially kicks off. The event will begin at 2 PM local time and the theme is AI For All: Everyday Everywhere. It will stream live on Samsung Newsroom Australia, but no details have been leaked about the announcements so far. Samsung will announce its first Air to Water Heat Pump during CES 2025. It features a slim design, AI Home, and reliable performance.
Samsung Odyssey OLED G8, Samsung Monitor M9, Samsung Odyssey OLED G6, Samsung Odyssey 3D, and ViewInfinity S8 have been announced by the brand ahead of CES 2025.

Lenovo Handheld Gaming Consoles
China-based tech giant Lenovo is planning to launch multiple handheld gaming consoles at the CES 2025. One model will be powered by SteamOS, the Linux-based operating system that powers Valve’s Steam Deck Gaming console.
According to a report by The Verge, Lenovo will also launch a new Legion Go S handheld gaming console running SteamOS. Images of the same have surfaced online with a button with the Steam logo. The Legion Go S will come in black and white shades, with the black one having a Steam button.
Other than Legion Go S, Lenovo is also working on a larger Legion Go handheld console. Similar to the original model, the new one will come with a detachable gamepad design but have an OLED screen.
Lenovo will also launch Idea Tab Pro and three more tablets during CES 2025. Some of its existing lineups like Legion Tab 8.8 and Yoga Tab Plus will be rebranded while one new might be launched. Lenovo Idea Tab Pro will be a successor to Lenovo Tab P12 and it will get AI support. Lenovo will also launch a budget tablet during CES 2025.

VinAI has confirmed its return to CES and the brand will showcase cutting-edge AI technologies including DrunkSense and Touch2Park in an exclusive in-vehicle demonstration. Hitachi has also confirmed its participation in the CES 2025. The booth will host a full range of high-tech innovations packaged in demonstrations for industries like Technology, Communication, Media, Automotive, Energy, Manufacturing, and more.
