Both of them come with Nvidia GeForce RTX 30-series graphics. As for CPU, the Alienware m15 R5 carries a Ryzen R7-5800 H-Series mobile processor, while the Alienware m15 R6 ship with an 11th gen Intel Core i7-11800H processor.

Internally, a 6-cell 86Whr battery also occupies some space. The box ships with a 240W charger.
