Elon Musk has recently announced that users can swipe left or right between followed vs recommend tweets. In addition, the long-form tweets will also make their way to the platform by February 2023. This feature is being dubbed the first part of the much larger UI overhaul, as claimed by the CEO of the company.

He also said that the bookmark button would also be released later in the month of January. Not only this, but Twitter will also bring a sought-after feature that will help users find specific tweets and profiles by filtering based on date, retweet count, user, hashtags, and more. Musk also said that the switch feature would enhance the experience of the users. He concluded his statement by saying that as Twitter AI will get improved with time, the recommended tweets, topics, and lists will become awesome.

In parallel news, Musk has registered himself as the first person ever in history to lose $200 billion from his net worth. The most amazing part is that he is still making jokes on the micro-blogging platform. A report by Bloomberg suggested that Musk has witnessed a wealth drop of $137 billion. The shares of his electric car company Tesla have gone down by 65 percent.

Elon Musk purchased Twitter in the past for a whopping $44 billion, after which the platform started going through multiple changes. One of the most prominent changes in the platform was the introduction of paid verification badges. The Twitter Blue subscription is available in the market at a price of $8.
