After the successful launch of the OnePlus Buds 3 at ₹5,499, everyone was buzzing about the next Pro model. But instead, we got the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro. Now, the highly-anticipated OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is expected to make its debut soon. Ahead of the launch, we have an exclusive leak on the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, revealing the design, colors, and the specs. Here are the details.
OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Design
First up, the design. The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 sports a case design similar to the Nord Buds 3 Pro that opens vertically. It features, from what it seems, a leather finish on the front, a pairing button on the right, and a Type-C port at the bottom.

You’ll get to choose between two colors—Midnight Opus (black) and Lunar Radiance (a mix of silver and gold). The glossy stems contrast nicely with the matte-finish earbuds and ear tips, and you’ll find the L and R engravings for easy identification.
Plus, these are in-ear style earbuds with windshields on the stems. The text “Co-created with Dynaudio” is written on each earbud and the ONEPLUS logo is engraved on the front of the case. The case dimensions are 6.5 x 5.2 x 2.6 cm, weighing in at 61 grams.
OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Specifications
On to the specs, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will offer an impressive 43 hours of battery life, which is 4 hours more than its predecessor. A quick 10-minute charge will give you 5 hours of music playback.
They’ll be IP55-rated, so dust, water, sweat, and rain are no match. The Buds Pro 3 will use the latest Bluetooth 5.4 version which means you can get ultra-low latency audio at just 94 milliseconds.

For sound, these buds will feature a dual driver setup: an 11 mm woofer and a 6 mm tweeter, each with its own DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter). They’ll support LHDC 5.0 audio codec, providing stereo-grade clarity and depth with up to 1 Mbps bitrate and 24-bit/192 kHz audio.
Noise cancellation is bumped up to 50 dB (up from 49 dB on the Buds Pro 2), also adaptive to your environment. Conversations and voice calls will be twice as clear, thanks to improved noise cancelling.
Dynaudio EQ will be a major highlight for the Buds Pro 3. It will offer users preset EQs (audio signatures) personalized for different music genres, ensuring “meticulously balanced notes.”

The Buds Pro 3 will offer dual connection support, which means you can connect to two devices simultaneously, whether it’s Android, iOS, Windows, smartphones, tablets, or computers.
With the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 launched at ₹11,999, we’re expecting the Buds Pro 3 to land somewhere around ₹12,000 in India. What are your thoughts on the OnePlus Buds Pro 3? Are you excited about the new features and design? Let us know in the comments.
