OPPO’s Reno series has always been a strong contender in the premium mid-range space, often punching above its weight in design and camera performance. As we look toward 2026, all eyes are on the next big release, the OPPO Reno 15.

We’ve just received exclusive information from our trusted source, industry insider Yogesh Brar, detailing the complete specifications and launch timeline for the upcoming device.

Perhaps the most crucial piece of information from Brar is that the Oppo Reno 15 model set to launch in global markets, including India, will be different from the version launching in China.

OPPO Reno 15 Specifications

According to Brar, Oppo is planning a modest hardware jump for the Reno 15, focusing heavily on battery life and camera versatility.

The OPPO Reno 15 is said to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K resolution OLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel is similar to the last generation model with even narrower bezels. Powering the device will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. This is a big departure from the Dimensity 8450 chipset that is powering the China-bound model.

Moving to the optics, the Reno 15 will feature a triple camera setup on the back. The setup includes a 50MP main camera, joined by an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and, most impressively, a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3.5x optical zoom. The setup is looking the same as the last generation model, with a 50MP selfie camera upfront.

In what could be its main selling point, the Reno 15 is set to pack a massive 6,500mAh battery. This is one of the largest batteries we’ve seen on a Reno series product. To top-up this battery, the Reno 15 comes with 80W wired SuperVooC charging support.

Rounding out the package are all the modern essentials you’d expect, including an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, and NFC. On the software front, the device will run on ColorOS 16, based on the new Android 16.

Expected Pricing & Availability

For those eager to get their hands on it, Brar notes that the Oppo Reno 15 series is set to launch in India and other global markets by February 2026. As for the pricing, we expect the Reno 15 to cost somewhere in the Rs 43,000 category in the country.
