Exclusive: Xiaomi To Launch Suitcase 1A, Security Camera, Smart Mi TVs and Mi Band 3 in India on September 27

Xiaomi India is hosting an event on September 27 in Bangalore, India where it’s going to launch several new smart devices to take advantage of the upcoming Diwali season. We have learned from our sources within Xiaomi that these smart devices will include 3 Smart TVs, Mi Band 3, Mi Home Smart Security Camera, Mi Air Purifier and 90 point Suitcase.

Mi Band 3

The Mi Band 3 fitness band was first launched in China in May 2018. Compared to the Mi Band 2, the Mi Band 3 has a bigger 0.78-inch OLED screen, NFC, and can also receive calls. It’s IP67 rated for water and dust resistant can monitor sleep, and offers 20 days of battery life (going by the company claims, that is).

Xiaomi Mi TV 4C, Mi TV 4S, Mi TV 4X

Xiaomi Mi TV 4C, Mi TV 4S, and Mi TV 4X were recently launched in China and are like the ones Xiaomi will be bringing to India. The display size for the three TVs range from 32-inches to 55-inches, and all of these run Xiaomi’s Patchwall UI. The Mi TV 4C with 32-inch screen starts at roughly Rs. 11K in China. The MI TV 4S has a curved display and comes in two variants: 43-inch and 55-inch.

The Mi TV 4X has a 55-inch 4K HDR display with 2GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage. The all-new 55-inch Mi TV 4X carries a price-tag of 2,799 yuan (around Rs. 29, 800).

Xiaomi 90 point Suitcase 1A

Xiaomi Suitcase 1A comes in two sizes (in China). The 20-inch model costs around Rs. 3200 and the 44-inch model costs roughly Rs 4500. Xiaomi is expected to launch the 20-inch model in India on September 27.

The Suitcase 1A is made of Germany Bayer PC material, has a TSA lock, and has a tough three-layer composite structure and includes 4 mute wheels that can rotate in all directions.

Mi Home Smart Security Camera

The affordable and Android-powered Mi Home security camera comes with night-time video support. It has a 2-megapixel sensor (1/2.9-inch) that captures 130-degree wide angle footage. As for night vision, there are also 940mm infrared lights can illuminate objects up to 10 meters away.

Mi Air Purifier

Xiaomi will also launch the next generation Air Purifier at the upcoming event. The banner for the same has already gone live on Amazon.in.
