The Google Pixel 7a which will be the 3rd member of the Pixel 7 Series is expected to be announced at the Google I/O taking place on May 10 next month. The I/O will see many software as well as hardware showcases and Pixel 7a is rumored to be one of them. Now a month before the official announcement, some design renders of the Pixel 7a have been shared by MySmartPrice.com that not only show the design but also reveal the 3 color options that will be available.

Google Pixel 7a: Design renders

The images above confirm that the Google Pixel 7a will come in 3 colorways- White, Grey and the last one is a new one Sky blue shade. The official marketing name of these 3 colors is not known at the moment but in terms of design, it looks similar to its predecessor Pixel 6a.

The Pixel 7a smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup along with an LED flash. The front has a centered punch-hole notch for the selfie camera along with sizeable bezels on all 4 sides of the display. The arrangement of buttons on all 4 edges also looks similar to Google Pixel 6a. These 3 color options will be announced at the official launch, but their availability will vary from region to region.

Google Pixel 7a: Expected specs

The Google Pixel 7a is expected to be powered by a Tensor G2 chipset with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage support. It is tipped to have a 6.1-inch OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and runs Android 13 out of the box.

In terms of camera, the Pixel 7a will have a dual camera setup at the back. It is expected to include a 64MP Sony IMX787 main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. There is also expected to be a 10.8MP selfie camera at the front. The Pixel 7a will pack a 5000mAh battery with fast charging and 5W wireless charging support as well.

Google Pixel 7a: Expected price

The Google Pixel 7a is expected to be priced between Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 42,000 in the USA market. Pixel 6a was launched at Rs. 43,999 which was already a high price for India, so Pixel 7a should most probably cost the same as Pixel 6a.
