Google Will Release Pixel 9a In A Phased Manner

Apparently, Google is adopting a phased approach with the Pixel 9a. First, the phone will be available on-shelf in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom on April 10. Four days later — on April 10 — the handset will go on sale in countries like Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and 18 other regions.
The Pixel 9a will be available to purchase in India on April 16, 2025. According to a report by 9To5Google, “a passive component in Pixel 9a” didn’t meet the company’s quality standards for the device’s longevity, so the availability was delayed, and corrective measures were taken for the “small number of affected units.”

Indian Buyers Can Get The Phone At An Effected Price Of Rs. 46,999
It is important to mention that the phone will go straight on sale, i.e., you can’t pre-order the handset. What’s good is that the phone is available in a single storage variant of 256GB, which costs Rs. 49,999 in India, and will be available on Flipkart.
As part of the introductory offer, early adopters of the phone will get Rs. 3,000 cashback. Buyers can also avail themselves of a 24-month no-cost EMI.
