HMD Hyper To Feature A Nokia Lumia Inspired Design: Renders & Specs Surface Online

HMD is expected to launch a mid-ranger very soon. The company will name the mid-range device HMD Hyper and it will have a Nokia Lumia series inspired design. Various leaks and rumors surrounding the HMD Hyper have surfaced online which reveal details about its features and also showcase renders of the upcoming smartphone.

HMD Hyper: Renders & Color Options

An X handle HMD_MEME’S @smashx_60 has shared some renders of the upcoming HMD Hyper smartphone. It has a boxy design and can be seen in four colors- bright yellow, grey, red, and teal. Earlier some renders in bright yellow color circulated online which indicated a Nokia Lumia 920-inspired design. The device has a flat, boxy frame with a rounded display and black bezels on all four sides. The back might have HMD branding along with a rear camera module at the top. The power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right edge.

HMD Hyper: Expected Features

The tipster has also shared some key details about the HMD Hyper smartphone. According to the X post, the device will be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and feature an Adreno 710 GPU. It will sport a 6.55-inch FHD+ OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. At the back will be a 50MP primary sensor with OIS along with a 13MP telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide camera. It will support 4K video recording and also have a 50MP sensor at the front with autofocus.

Under the hood, HMD Hyper is rumored to pack a 4700mAh battery with 33W wired charging. It will have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Connectivity options will include Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 5, NFC, and more. It will be IP54-rated and have dual speakers for audio.
