Honor Magic 6 Pro to Launch in India on August 2: Color Options Revealed

Honor has confirmed the date of launch for the Magic 6 Pro smartphone in India. The company will launch the Honor Magic 6 Pro smartphone in the country next month. Honor Magic 6 Pro will come with AI capabilities this time and ahead of the launch, Honor has tipped some specs, color options, and other details about the device.

Honor Magic 6 Pro: Launch Date

The Honor Magic 6 Pro will launch on 2nd August at 12:30 PM IST. Honor states that it will come with top-notch cameras, a vibrant display, and a long-lasting battery. Amazon microsite has confirmed that it will retail via the e-commerce portal post-launch. According to the brand, Magic 6 Pro has received five DXOMARK 2024 Gold labels.

Honor Magic 6 Pro: Details

The official Honor website confirms that the Magic 6 Pro will come in Epi Green and Black hues. It will feature a 6.8-inch OLED LTPO curved display with 120Hz refresh rate, 5000 nits brightness, and Dolby Vision. The smartphone will boast a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The device will showcase a 50MP primary sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 180MP periscope telephoto sensor that also supports OIS. On the front, it will feature a 50MP camera designed for selfies, enhanced with AI Motion Sensing technology.

Internally, the Honor Magic 6 Pro will be powered by a substantial 5600mAh battery, offering 66W wireless and 80W wired fast charging capabilities. It will operate on Magic OS 8.0, which is based on Android 14, and will have an IP68 rating for protection against water and dust.

Notable features will include DTS: X Ultra sound effects, 3D facial recognition for unlocking, and a rounded corner design that minimizes the visible area.
