I did this and it worked but now my computer can't connect to wifi at all - I could connect it before I installed windows 11 but now it can't detect anything, the option to turn on wifi is gone, what can I do??

This is no longer possible on some systems, just FYI. I just got a new laptop and attempted access the command prompt and it does nothing. I couldn’t skip internet connection either. You are now forced to sign in. No workaround.

Thanks for your guidance on the shift & Fn at the same time. That worked, but when I type in the prompt it's coming out like this: O^O^B^E on every letter and caps is off. It won't restart or do anything. Any suggestions? This is a dell inspirion 16 2in1. Thanks in advance! 🙏
