Huawei Mate 20 Pro Enters Indian Market With Highest DxOmark Rated Cameras

Chinese Telecom giant Huawei has finally launched its much-awaited Mate 20 Pro and limited edition Mate 20 RS in India. With today’s launch, Huawei has for the first time introduced its flagship Mate series in India. Huawei first unveiled its Mate 20 series at the Ifa 2018 this year which includes Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20X and Mate 20 RS Porsche.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro Features

The Mate 20 Pro is 2018 flagship from Huawei and the company has left no store unturned in terms of features. One of the biggest talking points of the phone is its HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset which is fabricated using 7nm process. It is the world’s first phone to use 7nm based chipset which means it is much powerful and less hungry for power. Huawei has also packed a neural processing unit (NPU) to facilitate power AI functions.

The new Mate series phone boasts a sports a 6.39-inch QHD+ (1440×3120 pixels) curved OLED display panel with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and an 86.9 percent screen-to-body ratio.The phone comes with a wide notch that includes a regular selfie camera, earpiece, and 3D face unlocking module.

As for optics, the Mate 20 Pro flaunts a triple rear camera setup on which is exactly the same as Huawei P20 Pro. The setup includes a 40-megapixel primary wide-angle lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 20-megapixel ultra wide angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a third 8-megapixel 3X telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the flip side, it features a 24-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. Interestingly, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro cameras’ are hightest rated mobile cameras in the world. 

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro boots up in EMUI 9.0 UI based on Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.In India, the Mate 20 Pro comes with standard 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option. It comes with a 4,200mAh in-build battery which supports Huawei’s 40W SuperCharge technology and 15W fast wireless charging technology. It also supports wireless reverse charging for charging other Qi wireless devices.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro Price In India

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro price in India Rs. 69,990 and it will be an Amazon exclusive. As a part of Huawei Mate 20 Pro launch offer, Huawei is offering Sennheiser’s PXC 550 headset for Rs 2,000 extra.
