Infinix S5 Lite with Triple Rear Cameras and Punch Hole Display launched for Rs. 7,999

The original Infinix S5 was debuted back in October. A month later, the lite edition of the phone has launched in India. It comes with the Hole Punch display, just like the former. However, the camera sensor within the cutout is different. Flip to the back, Infinix has ditched one camera to a total of three. That said, the phone is similar yet different in many ways.

Here’s a spec difference, for starters.

Infinix S5 Lite specifics

Infinix S5 Lite sports a 2.5D gradient glass finish. On the front, there is a 6.55-inch, HD+ screen with a 90.5-percent screen to body ratio. The display has a hole punch aligned to the left end. Inside, the phone’s 16MP selfie snapper lies.

Pivot to the back, and you’ll find one less camera compared to its big brother. This time around, you get a 16MP primary shooter coupled with a 2MP depth sensor and a low light sensor. Right next to the camera panel is the fingerprint reader.

Infinix S5 Lite launched

Unlock the phone and there you have got the XOS 5.5 skin based on Android 9 Pie. This is on top of octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset which ticks at 2.0GHz. The phone comes in solo 4GB of RAM plus 64GB storage variant. This can be further expanded up to 256GB.

Among other specs, you also get a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Infinix S5 Pricing and Availability

Infinix S5 Lite will be available at Rs. 7,999 in India starting 12 pm on November 22 via Flipkart. It embellishes three colors viz. Midnight Black, Quetzal Cyan, and Violet.
