Infinix is all set to launch X1 series TVs and a soundbar under its Snokor audio brand next month in India. The X1 TVs will be certified Android TVs, which is to say the interface will be conventional Android TV UI with support for Google Playstore and Chromecast built-in. These TVs will be assembled in India in Transsion Holding’s Noida factory.

Infinix has not revealed Display sizes or specifications for the upcoming range it will launch in the country, but the X1 TVs are already available in some regions in 43-inch, 32-inch, and 55-inch display sizes.

One of the highlights is the Infinix Life 2.0 app that can be used to control Infinix TV from all Android phones. The app is available on Playstore and has some interesting options including remote control, mouse control, screen mirroring, and also an option to mirror your TV screen on your phone.

Going by the global X1 TV models, the upcoming 43-inch Infinix X1 TV is likely to have FullHD resolution, 1GB RAM and 8GB storage and connectivity options should include 2x USB port, audiovisual port, 3x HDMI port, audio jack, optical-in, and LAN port.

As stated above, Infinix will also introduce a Soundbar under its Snokor audio brand. The brand is also gearing up to launch its mid-range smartphone, the Infinix Zero8i with powerful MediaTek Helio G90T octa-core chipset on December 2 and that’s perhaps when we will hear more about X1 TVs.
