Apple is preparing to update its budget-friendly iPhone SE lineup soon, with the iPhone SE, also referred to as the iPhone 16E, expected to launch within the next two months. This cost-effective model is anticipated to incorporate advanced Apple Intelligence features and showcase a redesigned exterior that departs from its previous form factor. There are strong indications that the iPhone SE 4 may be equipped with the iPhone 16 chipset and priced below $500. Supporting these claims, a source has recently provided the first unofficial glimpse of the dummy units for the iPhone SE 4.

iPhone SE 4: Dummy Models Leaked

Leaker Sonny Dickson has released two images purportedly depicting dummy models of the iPhone SE 4. One of the images focuses on the back of the iPhone SE 4, showcasing a combination of black and white colors. It is not unexpected, as Apple often utilizes these color schemes in its product designs. Notably, in the top left corner, there is a significant rear sensor that could potentially be the 48MP camera. The lens’s size and placement evoke memories of the Google Nexus 5 smartphone. While the construction of the two devices differs significantly, there are some visual similarities.

A second image has emerged, revealing the frame of the iPhone SE 4. It features a mute switch, volume buttons, and a physical SIM card slot. Additionally, this image offers a view of the front side, which notably lacks a physical home button.

Apple is anticipated to introduce the iPhone SE 4, potentially branded as the iPhone 16E, in March 2025, while keeping the price below 500 USD. The upcoming iPhone SE 4 is expected to feature USB-C charging, an A18 chipset, an enhanced battery, improved camera capabilities, and an OLED display.
