iQOO 13 Could Feature BOE’s Most Capable Display

Earlier today, Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station posted about the iQOO 13’s display. According to DCS, the smartphone will be the first in the world to use BOE’s latest generation of screens. The component will improve the global peak brightness and the screen’s life, reduce the overall power consumption, and improve the overall color reproduction.

In one of our previous reports, we mentioned that the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED screen with support for 144Hz refresh rate. That report also highlighted how the phone will feature a screen manufactured by BOE for an exceptional viewing experience.

The Chinese tipster has also hinted that the phone will feature the SM8750 processor, which is the code word for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. Again, we’ve mentioned that the phone could come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD.

The Phone To Feature Triple 50MP Cameras

Regarding optics, the phone could feature a triple camera setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX921 processor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor, and a 50Mp Sony IMX826 2x processor. While the primary camera on the smartphone looks like an upgrade, the secondary camera is similar to the iQOO 12, while the tertiary camera has a lesser zoom range than the predecessor.

Improves Battery Capacity Should Make The Phone Last Longer

What is an upgrade, however, is the 6,150 mAh battery that might support 100W fast charging instead of the 5,000 mAh battery on the iQOO 12 that supports 120W wired charging. Although the company hasn’t confirmed the battery specifications, a 6,000+ mAh cell could make the smartphone last over a day of moderate usage.
