iQOO has officially confirmed that the iQOO 15 will debut on October 20, 2025, at an event in Shenzhen, China, starting at 7 PM local time. Alongside the phone, iQOO will also introduce the iQOO Pad5e, iQOO Watch GT 2, and iQOO TWS 5.
The iQOO 15 will be among the first smartphones powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will feature a 6.85-inch 2K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, running Android 16 with OriginOS 6. A Q3 gaming chip is also included as usual.

In addition, the iQOO 15 will support wireless charging, a first for iQOO smartphones. The device will be available in four color options: Black, White, Green, and a color-changing red cloud variant. It will also come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.




On the battery side, the iQOO 15 will pack a 7,000 mAh battery with fast charging, with camera duties handled by a triple 50MP setup (main, ultrawide, telephoto). We don’t yet have the details of the front camera.
The phone will come with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, targeting heavy users and gamers. A global rollout is expected by early December, with the device competing against the OnePlus 15 and realme GT 8 Pro in the premium flagship segment.
