iQOO has introduced the iQOO 15R in India as a performance focused smartphone positioned against devices like the OnePlus 15R (review). The device centers on a 6.59-inch form factor, a flagship chipset, a large battery, and a high refresh rate display. Let’s take a look at the pricing and specifications.
iQOO 15R Pricing

The iQOO 15R starts at ₹44,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB variant. The 12 GB + 256 GB variant costs ₹47,999. The 12 GB + 512 GB model is priced at ₹52,999.
A ₹4,000 bank offer reduces the effective price of the base model to ₹41,000.

iQOO 15R Specs

The iQOO 15R features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 2750 x 1260 resolution (1.5K). The panel supports refresh rates of 144 Hz, 120 Hz, 90 Hz, and 60 Hz depending on the scenario. Brightness reaches 1,800 Nits HBM and up to 5,000 Nits peak brightness.

The display uses 4,320 Hz PWM dimming, which is great for eye comfort. It has bezels measuring 1.46 mm at the top, 1.77 mm at the bottom, and 1.25 mm on the sides. The panel is protected by Schott Xensation Alpha glass.
The phone runs OriginOS 6 and uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 with an octa core CPU clocked at 3.80 GHz x 2 and 3.32 GHz x 6. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 826 GPU.

Memory options include 8 GB and 12 GB RAM using LPDDR5X Ultra memory. Storage options include 256 GB and 512 GB using UFS 4.1 storage. The variants are 8 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 256 GB, and 12 GB + 512 GB.
The rear camera setup includes a 50 MP main camera using the Sony LYT-700V sensor (1/1.56-inch, f/1.88, 23mm, AF, OIS) alongside an 8 MP OmniVision OV08F10 ultra wide camera (1/4-inch, f/2.2, 16mm, FF). The front camera is a 32 MP GalaxyCore GC32E1 sensor (1/3.1-inch, f/2.2, 21mm, FF).

The phone measures 74.42 mm in width and 157.61 mm in height. Thickness measures 7.9 mm for the Dark Knight color and 8.1 mm for the Triumph Silver color. Weight is 202 grams for Dark Knight and 206 grams for Triumph Silver. Materials differ by color with a glass fiber finish on Dark Knight and glass on Triumph Silver.
