iQOO 8 may feature a 2K 10-bit LTPO Display; inbox 120W fast charger also tipped

iQOO 8 set to debut in on August 4 at the ChinaJoy conference in China. Ahead of the official launch, iQOO 8 leaks have been surfacing online. We have seen several key specificatioins including its processor, RAM, storage capacity, and charging speed. Well, today fresh iQOO 8 leaks have pop-up on the net reverailing its diaply and battery details. Let us have a look at all the details.

iQOO 8 display will have a variable refresh rate

The iQOO 8 is rumored to feature an LTPO panel with 2K resolution (QHD+) as per the leak emerging from China. The display is said support 10-bit colours, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

If the leak is to be beleived, the iQOO 8’s LTPO screen will be able to adjust screen refresh rate between 1Hz to 120Hz based on content that is being displayed. An imake that look like an iQOO 8 official teaser is also being shared online claiming that phone’s display will deliver true to life colours.

A chinese tipster which goes by the name Digital Chat Station tipster has also revealed the iQOO 8 battery and charging details. The phone is said boasts of 4,500mAH battery and will be bundled with a 120W fast charger.

Vivo spin-off brand is expected to pack iQOO 8 with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset. It is expected to come with 12GB RAM and additional 4GB of virtual RAM. The phone is expected to have 256GB storge on board as well.

The iQOO 8 may feature a in-display fingerprint sensor for biomatic authentication. It is expected to come running on OriginOS 1.0 which will be based on Android 11.
