iQOO Neo 7 Pro could reach Indian shores by June 20; Know details

iQOO has recently put a stamp on the India launch of a new phone, iQOO Neo 7 Pro, in the Indian market. In a recent update, popular tipster Abhishek Yadav suggested the launch timeframe of the upcoming device. According to the tipster, the smartphone will enter the Indian market possibly on June 20, 2023. In addition to that, he has also shared the spec sheet of the smartphone, which gives us an idea about what we will get to see in terms of performance and camera prowess. Another major speculation is that the Neo 7 Pro could be a revamped New 8 that was launched in China.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display coupled with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It will operate on the FunTouch OS based on the Android 13 operating system. For the purpose of security, the device will get an under-display fingerprint sensor.

In terms of optics, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro could sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP depth shooter. For the sake of selfies and video calls, the handset will get a 16MP front camera. It will draw power from a 5000mAh battery along with 120W fast charging support.

There is no word on the pricing of the smartphone in India. However, by the looks of it, we can say that it will be priced somewhere close to Rs 35,000. The device will compete with other alternatives in the same price range, like the Nothing Phone 1, Realme GT Neo 5, OnePlus 10R, Motorola Edge 30 Pro, and a lot more.
