iQOO Neo 8 series can make its debut in China pretty soon. Rumours have it that the series will consist of two devices, including iQOO Neo 8 and iQOO Neo Pro. There is no information regarding the launch of the device outside China as of now. In a recent development, the popular tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed a few key specifications and features of the upcoming devices. Both smartphones are said to carry a 1.5K display along with support for high-frequency PWM dimming. Expectations are that the smartphones will carry a 6.78-inch AMOLED display coupled with a high refresh rate.
iQOO Neo 8 series expected specifications and features
The iQOO Neo 8 Pro could make its way to the market with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. On the other hand, the regular variant from the series will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor. Both devices will have up to 16GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The series may include a 50MP primary shooter in a triple rear camera setup. Previous reports regarding the series suggest that it will get a 1/1.5-inch shooter.
The devices will most probably draw power from a 5000mAh battery that will be supported 120W fast charging. The information regarding the specifications and features of upcoming devices by iQOO is limited. Nonetheless, we are expecting to know more as soon as the launch date approaches. The details related to the exact launch date are still under wraps. However, the latest rumours suggest that the device can enter the Chinese market in May 2023.
