iQOO is all set to expand its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of its upcoming Neo 9 Pro. The smartphone is already making a lot of buzz on the internet and we have witnessed numerous leaks and rumours about the same. Despite so many leaks and rumors, no concrete launch dates have been leaked. iQOO Neo 9 Pro India launch Confirmed
According to the official confirmation the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is slated to launch on February 22, 2024. While the iQOO Neo 9 Pro debuted in China some time ago, the Indian variant is set to feature a distinct chipset. A teaser image released by the company showcases a striking dual-tone design on the back panel, adorned with dual camera sensors, an LED flash, and prominent iQOO branding.
The teaser image also confirmed that the handset will feature a leather finish rear panel which is tipped to offer a better grip. At the bottom, there is a USB Type-C port along with a microphone and speaker grills.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro Expected India Price
According to the leaks and rumors, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is tipped to launch in India at around Rs 40,000. However, there is no official confirmation from the brand so it’s recommended to take this information with a pinch of salt.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro showcases a vibrant 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, boasting a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels and a high 144Hz refresh rate. With features like 2160Hz PWM dimming and HDR10+, the display incorporates a punch-hole cutout to house the selfie snapper.
Running on Android 14 with the OriginOS custom skin, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, complemented by an Adreno GPU. The device offers impressive memory configurations, with options for 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and storage choices of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
In the camera department, the Pro version boasts a sophisticated setup, including a 50MP IMX920 VCS bionic camera with f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and LED flash, along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front shooter.
Fueling the device is a robust 5,160mAh battery, with the added convenience of 120W fast charging support for quick and efficient charging.
