iQOO Z3 5G launches in India wielding the Snapdragon 768G

iQOO is introducing a new Z-series of smartphones in India and the first phone from it is the Z3 5G. This iQOO Z3 5G is also the first phone to bring Snapdragon 768G chipset to the Indian market. Besides the new chip, the company has been teasing a bunch of other details about the newcomer through its social accounts and the Amazon product page. This includes its support for 3GB VRAM, LPDDR4X RAM, 64MP triple rear camera setup, 4K60 videos, 120Hz HDR10 display with DCI-P3 color gamut, 5-layer liquid cooling, 55W fast charger, and the design.

But now that the phone is here, let’s look at the phone’s complete feature-set:

IQOO Z3 5G features

iQOO Z3 sports a 6.58-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels and supports HDR10+, DCI-P3 color coverage, 401PPI, 1300 nits brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chipset which is married to Adreno 620 GPU. Storage options are 128GB/256GB (UFS 2.2) and RAM choices are between 6GB/8GB (LPDDR4x). As for the software, the device will be shipping with Android 11 based iQOO UI.

Coming to the camera specifications, you get a triple camera setup of 64MP main+ 8MP ultrawide+ 2MP. This is backed by features like super-night mode, portrait mode, AR sticker, AI makeup. Meanwhile, on the front, the phone offers you a 16MP selfie camera.

The Z3 5G packs a 4,400mAh battery with 55W superfast charging. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speaker, dual-mode 5G, and Bluetooth 5.1.

iQOO Z3 5G Price and Availability

iQOO has launched the base model at a price of ₹19,990. The upper 8+128GB model comes at ₹20,990 and the 8+256GB unit costs ₹22,990 in India. The sale begins starting today at 1 PM via Amazon India.
