iQOO Z6 Pro 5G officially confirmed in India; rumored to come with Snapdragon 778G

Iqoo has already launched its flagship-level device with iQOO 9 Pro in India and now the company is all set to launch a mid-range smartphone in the country very soon. Iqoo has teased the launch of the iQOO Z6 Pro 5G, which comes days after the vanilla iqoo Z6 was launched.

iQOO posted a tweet via its official Twitter handle, asking what the consumers want. The tweet also includes guidelines for users to participate in the contest and get a chance to win the new iQOO Z6 Pro 5G device. The device is likely to take place on April 20 in India.

iQOO Z6 Pro 5G Expected Specs

Though the company has not revealed anything about what processor the device will have, it has confirmed the price by saying that it will be India’s fastest smartphone in the 25k segment with an AnTuTu score of 550,000 points. Reports claim that the device will have a Snapdragon 778G chipset, waterdrop notch design, slim bezels, curved edges, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The rear is speculated to have a triple camera setup (50MP+2MP+2M) and the display is said to be AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. It might pack a 5000mAh battery and boot Android 12 based FunTouch OS 12.

The emphasis this time is said to be on the performance and gaming of the Z6 Pro as it is said to compete with rivals like OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Samsung.
