Jio rolls out new postpaid plans starting at Rs 399

Jio keeps introducing new plans for both prepaid and postpaid customers. In a recent development, Jio has introduced a new Rs 399 postpaid plan that allows users to add up to three family members at the same time. The users will be supposed to pay Rs 99 for every person that will be added to the plan. If you are adding three members to the plan, it will cost Rs 696. The latest plan by Jio provides unlimited calling, 75GB of data, unlimited SMS, and a lot more. Apart from that, Jio has also rolled out a new Rs 699 plan with OTT benefits for the entertainment of the users. Here we will discuss the postpaid plans in brief, along with the benefits and validity.

Jio Plus Rs 399 and Rs 699 postpaid plan

The Rs 399 plan by Jio is a family plan in simple terms. All the users can add up to three family members at a price of Rs 99 each after the free trial ends. The primary SIM will have 75GB of data, and the other associated SIM cards will get 5GB of data a month. All the connections will get unlimited SMS and calling perks. The plan has been dubbed as the Jio Plus Postpaid plan.

Jio has also released a premium tier plan that is available for Rs 699. This plan also offers three add-on SIM cards at a Rs 99 SIM after the trial period ends. The users will also get 100GB monthly data along with a subscription to Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.

In case you are a new subscriber to Jio Postpaid, the brand will charge Rs 99 for a SIM card at the time of activation. Both the Rs 399 and Rs 699 also have the charges of security deposit of Rs 500 and Rs 875. One thing to mention here is that the deposit will be waived for Jio Fiber users, existing non-Jio postpaid users, users with good credit scores, and corporate employees.
