Reliance might be bringing one more gift for its consumers along with the JioPhone Next on Diwali this year. The latest reports suggest that JioBook, an affordable laptop with premium features is in the works. It is speculated that JioBook might be launched soon as it has been spotted on the BIS website. Interestingly, 3 variants of JioBook have been listed on the certification site with their model numbers. Let us look at what else we know about JioBook.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted three variants of the JioBook on the certification site and according to him, these model numbers are – NB1118QMW, NB1148QMV, and NB1112MM. If his information is true, then JioBook will launch in all 3 models in the country. Other reports state that this laptop will come with 4G LTE connectivity and be powered by Snapdragon 665 SoC. It is expected to have LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB internal storage.
JioBook Expected Specs
Jio laptop is expected to feature an HD (1366 x 768) pixel display. It may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with Snapdragon X12 4G modem, 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC onboard storage. It is rumored to have a mini-HDMI connector, dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth support.

Jio will also offer some pre-installed apps like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office, JioStore, JioMeet, and JioPages. JioBook is also said to have a three-axis accelerometer and a Qualcomm audio chip.
JioBook Price and Availability
Although no official announcements have been made yet, speculations suggest that JioBook might be launched along with JioPhone Next around Diwali this year. While the price and specs of JioPhone next are already revealed, there is no concrete information regarding JioBook till now.
