Reliance Jio, the largest telecom service provider in the country, has announced a new prepaid recharge offer for Indian users. The offer is called “Happy New Year Offer 2024.” Although the offer refreshes an older Jio annual plan, it offers extended validity, which reduces the effective daily cost. Jio’s Happy New Year Offer 2024 Details
According to the official terms and conditions page, Jio’s Happy New Year Offer 2024 “shall mean complimentary 24 days validity voucher provided to users recharging with MRP 2999 annual plan.” This means the plan should provide an additional 24 days of validity over the standard 365 days, increasing the validity to 389 days.

Other benefits of the Rs. 2,999 recharge plan include 2.5GB 4G high-speed data per day and unlimited 5G data for eligible customers. The plan also includes unlimited national calls in the country, 100 national messages per day, and a complimentary subscription to Jio Apps. Interested users can purchase the plan from the company’s official website or the MyJio mobile application on Android and iOS app stores.
Airtel’s Annual Recharge Plan
Jio’s rival, Airtel, also has a Rs. 2,999 prepaid plan. It offers 2GB of high-speed 4G data, unlimited voice calls, 100 messages per day, and a validity of 365 days. This particular plan also provides unlimited 5G data to eligible devices. Additional services include three months of Apollo 24/7 Circle, Free Hellotunes, and a subscription to Wynk Music.
Vodafone Idea’s Annual Recharge Plan
Vodafone Idea, another big player in the Indian telecommunication industry, offers a Rs. 3,099 recharge plan that offers 2GB of 4G data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited calls, for 365 days.
However, this particular plan also provides a subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Mobile for a year and 50GB of extra data. Unlike other providers, Vodafone Idea also offers Binge All Night, Weekend Data Rollover, and Data Delight, among other features.
