The Mahindra BE 6e and the XEV 9e are unlike anything the Indian market has seen, especially from a homegrown company.   • In terms of length, the BE 6s is the biggest in the segment. Further, it is also the widest car in the segment.
  • However, the MG Windsor EV is the tallest in the comparison.
  • The Mahindra BE 6e offers a ground clearance of 207 mm, while the XUV 400 follows with a ground clearance of 200 mm.
  • The MG Windsor EV has the longest wheelbase of all.
  • Regarding battery packs, the BE 6e’s base variant packs a battery larger than all the other offerings. Tata Curvv EV follows with a 55 kWh battery pack on its top trims.
  • The same is true for range, wherein the BE 6e offers 682 km of claimed range on its top model. Tata’s Curvv EV follows with a 585 km claimed range, and then comes Nexon EV Max, which offers 489 km.
  • Mahindra BE 6’e power, charging, and available tire sizes are among the best in the segment, but so is its price. The long-range variant of the EV could cost around Rs. 24 to Rs. 26 lakhs (ex-showroom).
