- If you’re in the market for a Maruti SUV, the Grand Vitara’s strong hybrid variants are currently available for a cash discount of up to Rs. 50,000 and a scrappage benefit of up to Rs. 65,000.
- The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios (MY24) is currently available at a cash discount of up to Rs. 40,000 for the manual variants (except the baseline Era variant, which gets a cash discount of Rs. 15,000).
- The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is perhaps the most discounted Hyundai vehicle on offer, as it attracts a discount of Rs. 4 lakhs.
A couple of days ago, we covered the discounts Tata Motors rolled out on its passenger vehicle lineup. Now, other popular car makers like Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai have also announced several offers on their popular vehicles.
While the former’s discounts are applicable on the Nexa lineup, the latter is offering deals across its range, right from the Grand i10 Nios up to the Tuscon and Ioniq 5.

Maruti Suzuki April 2025 Discounts On Nexa Lineup
Maruti Ignis

- On the AMT variants of the Maruti Ignis, buyers can get a cash discount of up to Rs. 30,000 and a scrappage benefit of up to Rs. 30,000. The manual variants attract a cash discount of Rs. 25,000, though.
Maruti Suzuki Baleno
- Baleno’s base variant, Sigma, and the AMT versions of higher variants attract up to Rs. 25,000 cash discount and a scrappage benefit of up to Rs. 25,000.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx

- The Fronx Turbo variant attracts the highest cash discount, up to Rs. 30,000. Then there’s a scrappage benefit of up to Rs. 15,000. Reports also suggest buyers can get the Velocity Kit, worth Rs. 43,000, for free.
- On the other hand, the regular naturally-aspirated petrol variants of the Fronx (excluding the baseline Sigma variant) get a cash discount of Rs. 10,000.

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara
- If you’re in the market for a Maruti SUV, the Grand Vitara’s strong hybrid variants are currently available for a cash discount of up to Rs. 50,000 and a scrappage benefit of up to Rs. 65,000. The company is also offering a five-year extended warranty for free.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny

- The capable off-roader, Jimny, is currently available for a cash discount of up to Rs. 1 lakh on its Alpha variant.
Hyundai April 2025 Discounts
Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

- The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios (MY24) is currently available at a cash discount of up to Rs. 40,000 for the manual variants (except the baseline Era variant, which gets a cash discount of Rs. 15,000). You can also avail of an exchange/scrappage bonus of up to Rs. 30,000/35,000, respectively.
- On the other hand, the Grand i10 Nios (MY25) is available at a cash discount of Rs. 30,000 (except the baseline Era variant, which only gets a cash discount of Rs. 5,000). However, the exchange/scrappage offer is still valid on the vehicle.
- The MY24 automatic variants attract a cash discount of up to Rs. 25,000, while the MY25 variants attract a cash discount of up to Rs. 20,000.
Hyundai Aura
- The Hyundai Aura (MY24) gets a cash discount of Rs. 30,000 for the manual petrol variant and up to Rs. 35,000 for the CNG variant. Reports suggest that the same discount applies to the MY25 vehicles.
Hyundai Exter

- The Hyundai Exter (MY24) gets a cash discount of up to Rs. 30,000 for the SX and higher trims (with an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 25,000/30,000), which goes down to Rs. 25,000 for S (O) and lower trims (with an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 20,000/25,000). The baseline variants — including EX and EX (O) — are only eligible for a scrappage bonus of Rs. 5,000.
- The cash discount for the Exter MY25 models is Rs. 10,000 less than those on the MY24 models.
Hyundai i20
- The Hyundai i20 (MY24/MY25) attracts a cash discount of Rs. 20,000 on the manual variants and Rs. 15,000 on the automatic variants. Further, an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 40,000/45,000 is in place (wherein buyers can choose one).
Hyundai Venue

- The Hyundai Venue (MY24/MY25) gets a Rs. 25,000 cash discount (except on the S Plus and S (O) Plus variants), along with an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 40,000.
Hyundai Verna
- Hyundai’s five-star safety-rated sedan Verna (MY24/MY25) gets a cash discount of Rs. 15,000, with an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 35,000/40,000 respectively.
New Hyundai Alcazar

- The Hyundai Alcazar doesn’t get a cash discount. However, you can still avail of an exchange/scrappage bonus of Rs. 45,000/50,000.

Hyundai Tucson
- While the Hyundai Tucson (MY24/MY25) attracts a Rs. 50,000 discount on the petrol variant, it only gets a Rs. 15,000 discount on the diesel variants.
Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV

- This is perhaps the most discounted Hyundai vehicle on offer, as it attracts a discount of Rs. 4 lakhs.
