2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for movie and television releases, particularly for Marvel fans. The upcoming year promises a lineup of highly anticipated films and remarkable series. Recently, we were given a glimpse of Marvel’s television schedule, complete with previews from the shows. Below is a list of the Marvel TV shows set to debut in 2025, along with their respective release dates.
The nearly two-minute teaser opens with a sneak peek of “Daredevil: Born Again,” followed by a brief clip featuring “Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man.” Next, we are treated to the first look at “Ironheart,” along with the official announcement of “What If…? Season 3” and the eagerly awaited animated series “Marvel Zombies.” The teaser progresses with a glimpse of “Wonder Man,” highlighting its first footage along with the official logo. To wrap things up, the logo for “The Eyes of Wakanda” is unveiled, paired with yet another brief clip.
- Ironheart
Release Date- 24th June, 2025
About the show- Ironheart is a mini-series in the MCU Universe that has been created by Chinaka Hodge and is based on Marvel Comics character of the same name. The show will follow the life of genius teenage inventor Riri Williams who creates the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. It stars Dominique Thorne, Zoe Terakes, and Anthony Ramos in lead roles and will have 6 episodes.
- What If…? Season 3
Release Date- TBA
About the show- The third season will be the final season of the show and will be based on the Marvel Comic series of the same name. It explores alternate timelines in the multiverse that show what would happen if major moments from the films of MCU occurred differently. It stars Jeffrey Wright as narrator.
- Marvel Zombies
Release Date- October 2025
About the show-Marvel Zombies is an upcoming animated mini-series by Marvel created by Zeb Wells and based on Marvel Comics as part of MCU. The series takes place in an alternate universe from ‘What if…?’ wherein a group of survivors must battle former heroes and villains who have now become zombies. The show has taken nearly four years to reach the release stage. It stars Shang-Chi and Kamala Khan as main characters.
- Wonder Man
Release Date- December 2025
About the show-Wonder Man starring Yahya Abdul Mateen II as Simon Williams is a business scion who runs afoul of Stark Industries en route to becoming titular superhero. The logo and some footage from the show was revealed today.
- Eyes of Wakanda
Release Date- 6 August 2025
About the show-Eyes of Wakanda is a four-part animated anthology that follows the Wakandan warriors throughout history in search of Vibranium artefacts.
- Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Release Date- 25th January 2025
About the show-It is an animated series exploring Peter Parker’s origins and early days as Spider-Man. It wilk take place in an alternate universe where Norman Osborne becomes Peter’s mentor instead of Tony Stark.
- Daredevil Born Again
Release Date- 4 March 2025
About the show-An upcoming American TV Series based on the life of Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with a heightened abilities, fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues his own political endeavors in NYC.
