Moto G7 roster Leaked: Image, Specs and Other Details

Lenovo’s successor to its affordable Moto G6 lineup has been revealed as a part of fresh press render leaks. Courtesy of DroidShout.com, now we know the image and specification details of the members of Moto G7 family i.e. Moto G7, G7 Plus, G7 Power, and G7 Play.

Since smartphones are thriving in a ‘top-notch’ world, the Moto G7 and G7 Plus will have a teardrop or waterdrop notch, whereas the Moto G7 Play and G7 Power will have a boat-shaped regular notch. In the front of Moto G7, there will be a single camera and no LED though they could have placed one in that real estate. On the rear, you have horizontally placed dual cameras for the G7 and G7 Plus, while, G7 Play and G7 Power has a single rear camera. It’s not just the camera on the back, you have the cool Motorola Logo which doubles as the Fingerprint scanner too.

As for storage, Motorola will launch different variants in different locations. In India and other emerging markets of Asia Pacific regions, it would be 4GB + 64GB while EU, AU, NZ, and JP will get 3GB + 64GB. And in the meantime, North and Latin Americas will get 3GB of RAM with the choice of 32GB or 64GB storage variants. For your increasing storage needs, Motorola gives you an expandable memory up to 256GB.

From the leaks so far, we also know that the Moto Play with the model number Moto XT1952-1 will have a USB-C, and an audio jack.

The Motorola Power will come with a whopping 5000mAh battery capacity. Meanwhile, the Play variant is likely to have a 2820mAh power source and it would be running on a Snapdragon 632 chipset, coupled with Adreno 506 GPU.

Other rumors include 6.4 inches, 1080 x 2340 pixel display for the Moto G7 Play. Out of the box, these devices would support dual SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, and 4G VoLTE. And they would be running on Android 9.0 (Pie).

These phones are expected to launch in the Q2 2019. So, there’s still time.
