Motorola has launched the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion in India. The device brings a new camera sensor, a large silicon-carbon battery, and the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset to the company’s edge series lineup. The phone also introduces a fabric-inspired rear finish paired with Pantone curated colors. Let’s take a closer look at the pricing and specifications.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion comes in three configurations: 8 GB + 128 GB for ₹26,999, 8 GB + 256 GB for ₹29,999, and 12 GB + 256 GB for ₹32,999. With launch offers applied, the effective price starts at ₹24,999.

Motorola will hold an early bird sale on March 6 between 12 PM and 4 PM on Flipkart. Open sales begin on March 12 through Flipkart, Motorola.in, and retail stores across India.

The device is available in Pantone Blue Surf, Pantone Country Air, and Pantone Silhouette.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion Specifications

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272. The panel supports a 144 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 10-bit color depth, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The display reaches up to 5200 nits peak brightness and includes Pantone Validated colors along with Pantone SkinTone validation.

As for performance, the device runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. It pairs this with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, along with 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the software side, it ships with Android 16 and Hello UI on top.

For cameras, the phone includes a 50 MP primary camera with the Sony LYTIA 710 sensor, an f/1.8 aperture, and OIS. It also includes a 13 MP ultrawide camera with a 120° field of view, macro support, and an f/2.2 aperture. The front camera uses a 32 MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

Motorola also includes dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support. For battery, the Edge 70 Fusion packs a 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon cell and supports 68W TurboPower charging (with charger included in the box).

The phone measures 162.76 x 75.60 x 7.99 mm and weighs 193 grams. Gorilla Glass 7i covers the front, while the rear uses a fabric-inspired finish. The device carries IP68 and IP69 protection and also includes MIL-STD-810H certification.

The hardware setup includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock. Other sensors include proximity, ambient light, accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, SAR sensor, and a sensor hub.

For software support, Motorola says the phone will receive 3 Android OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. It also includes ThinkShield security, Moto Secure 5.0, Family Spaces, and Moto Unplugged.
