Motorola Moto G22 is confirmed to arrive in India on April 8 with a new design & 20W charging speed

Motorola is back after some time of silence. This time the brand is all set to expand its budget smartphone line-up with the affordable Moto G22. Moto G22 has been confirmed to arrive in India on April 8. A Flipkart Teaser has confirmed this launch date and some specs have also been confirmed as the device is listed on Flipkart.

Moto G22 Price & Availability

Motorola Moto G22 will come in Cosmic Black and IceBerg Blue colors. It will have a different design language and is expected to come at a very aggressive price.

Moto G22 Specs

The Moto G22 will sport a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset with Android 12 out of the box with Moto’s near-stock Android UI. Moto G22 will have only 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with the latter being expandable up to 1TB.

Moto G22 will pack a 5000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. In the camera department, there is a quad sensor setup at the back with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth camera. There will be a 16MP selfie camera as well.

Motorola says that the phone has a water-repellent design and will also get a power-key mounted fingerprint sensor with a Face Unlock feature. It will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a dual SIM slot. The device might take on the recently launched Redmi 10, Realme C, and Narzo Series in India.
