Motorola One Action with GoPro like ultra-wide video camera launched in India at Rs. 13,999

Just a week after its official debut, the Motorola One Action has landed in India with some exciting camera up to its sleeve. Call it cool or bizarre, but Moto has stuffed in a GoPro-like camera feature into its triple camera setup. A feature which nevertheless sets it apart from the Motorola One, Motorola One Power, and Motorola One Vision.

Simply put, the rear camera setup lets you capture landscape videos whilst the phone’s held vertically and the other way around too. You also get ‘Enhanced Video Stabilisation’ to combat shakes and jerks while shooting videos.

This one exhibits a 21:9 Cinema Vision display with a hole-punch at the top-left corner. Specs-wise, this one’s a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2520 pixels) panel. The phone flaunts in 2 colors – Denim Blue and Pearl White.

The rear cameras comprise of a 12MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and an action camera (f/2.2) with 117-degree of Field of View (FoV), and a 5MP (f/2.2) depth sensor. The front camera is a 12MP (f/2.0) shooter. You get various features like Portrait lighting, Shot optimization, Auto smile capture, Group selfie, Portrait mode, and Cinemagraph.

Android One (9.0 Pie) software is a thread of similarity between all the Moto One phones. It brings with it the bloat-free vanilla Android experience.

Just like the One Vision, this one bears a Samsung Exynos 9609 chipset teamed with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is powered by a 3500mAh battery with 10W charging support. You also get expandable storage via microSD card up to 512GB. There is a fingerprint scanner, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack in the mix.

Motorola has priced this phone at Rs. 13,999 and will be available in India via Flipkart.com, starting August 30 at 12 pm.

As a launch offer, you get Rs. 2,200 Jio instant cashback, and 125GB of additional Jio 4G data.
