The German automaker BMW has launched the most powerful version of the BMW X3, the X3 30 xDrive M Sport, in India. The luxury SUV is available in the country from Rs. 71.20 lakhs (ex-showroom), and bookings for the car are already underway.

BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Variant-Wise Pricing

The X3 30 xDrive M Sport is available in two variants in the country.
- X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Rs. 71.20 lakhs (ex-showroom)
- X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro: Rs. 74.50 lakhs (ex-showroom)
The X3 xDrive 20d M Sport (diesel) sits between these variants, with an ex-showroom price of Rs. 73.10 lakhs. However, it is part of the existing lineup (it isn’t new like the other two models).
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Design
The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport offers minor visual refinements, like an illuminiated grille, smoked LED projector headlights, 20-inch alloy wheels with red callipers, gloss black roof rails, and a tweaked bumper with a gloss-black diffuser. The car is available in the following colors: Dune Grey Metallic, Alpine White, Individual Tanzanite Blue, Black Sapphire Metallic, and Brooklyn Grey Metallic (new).
On the inside, buyers get a new dual-tone (black/brown or black/beige) theme, leatherette finish at the top of the dashboard, and the M-specific seatbelt stripes.

Other features include a 14.9-inch central curved touchscreen infotainment system with the BMW iDrive 8.5 operating system, a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster, a 15-speaker Harmon Kardon sound system, heated/ventilated and powered (with memory function) front seats, and three-zone automatic climate control.

BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Powertrain
Powering the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport is the same two-liter, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, but with a slightly tweaked output. The engine produces 258 PS of peak power and 400 Nm of peak torque that is sent via an 8-speed TC transmission unit to all four wheels.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Safety Features
The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced safety features, including eight airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, traction control, TPMS, and Level 2 ADAS features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. The car also gets a 360-degree surround-view camera system.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport: Booking & Delivery Timeline

While bookings for the luxury SUV have already begun, there isn’t a confirmed delivery timeline. The car will compete with models like Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, and the Lexus NX 350h in India.
