A 9,000mAh Battery Powerhouse
The headlining feature of the OnePlus Turbo is a massive 9,000mAh battery. To put that in perspective, most flagship phones today hover around the 6,500mAh mark. If these specs hold up, we are looking at a device that could comfortably last three days on a single charge, even for heavy users.
Despite the “mid-range” label, OnePlus isn’t skimping on the rest of the specs. The OnePlus Turbo is expected to feature a 6.8″ 1.5K resolution flat OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will reportedly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset with upto 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
On th optics side of things, the OnePlus Turbo is slated to get a dual camera setup on the back with a 50MP primary camera which is assited by an 8MP ultraiwde angle lens. The phone will also come with a 32MP front facing camera for selfies and video calls. The phone gets a glossy, budget-friendly plastic finish available in at least two colors, a striking “Greenish Blue” and a classic Black.

What is this new Turbo series?
If you’re in India or Europe and the “Turbo” branding sounds unfamiliar, don’t worry. Following the company’s usual playbook, this device will likely launch in China under the Turbo moniker (where OnePlus President Li Jie Louis recently teased “frighteningly strong” performance) but will almost certainly be rebranded as a Nord series device for the global market
The launch schedule about this series is unclear for now, but given the push for the Turbo series in China, it is safe to assume that this particular phone will be coming to Global markets by March 2026.
