Nothing co-founder Carl Pei has already shared its predictions for the year 2023. He said that the year is going to be a big one for the tech community. In total, Carl Pei has listed out ten predictions and shared them over Twitter. These tweets consist of information about Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta and metaverse, Elon Musk’s Tesla and Twitter, and the role of different governments in the advancement of tech.

According to Pei’s first prediction, we will get to see a new AI app for smartphones that will surely create a considerable impact in the market. He even said that we have not seen anything like that until now. Further, he said that Tesla is not going to be an exclusive car brand as the competition is making it fast in the electronic vehicle space. In the next point, he said that Twitter is all set to see new heights in 2023 as Elon is working vigorously on this new project.

Other major predictions by Carl Pei for 2023

Carl Pei’s fourth prediction mentioned that the metaverse will take time in getting more traction from the public. However, he further mentioned in the fifth point that Mark Zuckerberg will do something to boost the work at Meta by running a tighter ship in the current year. Pei’s prediction related to Apple suggests that the company will continue to skyrocket with its ‘very high-quality business’.

In another prediction, it has been mentioned that world governments could make tougher moves against Apple and its anti-consumer behaviors. One of the recent examples of the same was the strict action by European Union due to which Apple is supposed to switch from lightning ports to USB Type-C ports in the upcoming iPhones. In his last prediction Carl Pei suggested that the companies will ditch the hybrid working model. He further said that the companies will either choose full-time remote or full-time on-site setup.
