Nothing has officially launched the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition, a collaborative project with unique design elements crafted by members of the Nothing community. This new variant (fourth variant) is based on the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus with a distinctive glow-in-the-dark aesthetic and custom packaging.

Key Features and Community Contributions

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition (that’s a mouthful) introduces a fresh look led by community members after 900 submissions in 47 countries across 6 months. Designers Kenta Akasaki and Astrid Vanhuyse brought the glow-in-the-dark hardware design to life, while Andrés Mateos created wallpapers inspired by Nothing’s signature transparent style, including design cues from the brand’s earphones.

Beyond that, Ian Henry Simonds made the exclusive packaging, and Sonia Palma contributed to the marketing campaign. This makes the Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition quite unique and distinguishable from the standard Nothing Phone (2a) and (2a) Plus models.
