Nothing has confirmed that the upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) series will be powered by Qualcomm silicon, but it has not officially confirmed the exact chipset yet. Earlier rumors have suggested that the base Phone (4a) will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. As for the Phone (4a) Pro, its chipset remains unclear for now, with speculation pointing to either the same Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 or a more powerful alternative.
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which has been linked to the 4a in previous leaks, is built on a 4nm process and features 1x 2.7 GHz (Cortex-A720) Prime core, 3x 2.4 GHz (Cortex-A720) Gold cores, and 4x 1.8 GHz (Cortex-A520) Silver cores, paired with the Adreno 710 GPU.

Both the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro are expected to share the same 5,400 mAh battery. The two models are also said to use the same telephoto camera module (50MP 3.5X).
The main differences between the two devices are expected to revolve around the Glyph system, colors, and pricing (at least for now). The Pro model is tipped to feature a more advanced Glyph Matrix setup, while the base model will retain a simpler Glyph bar design.

It is also said to pack a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5X optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide, along with a 32MP front camera. An IP65 rating and 50W wired charging have also been mentioned in earlier reports.
