OnePlus 12, the company’s next bet against other Android flagships, will arrive in China on December 5, 2023, to take after the OnePlus 11. Although we know about some key smartphone specifications, OnePlus hasn’t announced a global or Indian launch date, but it might have accidentally leaked the date on its website.

Promotional Offer Reveals OnePlus 12’s Global Launch Date

At the time of writing this report, OnePlus India has listed the smartphone on its website with the same images that leaked a couple of days ago. However, it’s just a teaser that contains one image and a video that showcases the OnePlus 12. Along with the teaser, a promotional offer enables users to participate in a lucky draw and win the OnePlus 12.

Like every other promotional offer, there’s a designated duration for this offer, too. However, while the terms and conditions on the Indian website read, “You can participate in the contest from November 27th, 2023 to 2024, the day before the OnePlus 12 launch event,” it doesn’t mention the launch date yet. On the other hand, the terms and conditions on the UK website mention that the campaign begins on November 27, 2023, and ends on January 23, 2024.

OnePlus 12 Could Arrive In India On January 24, 2023

In that case, the launch should occur on January 24, 2023. Further, there’s a good chance that the company will announce the smartphone together in the United Kingdom, the United States, and India. That said, the OnePlus 12 will compete with smartphones like Galaxy S23, Pixel 8, iQoo 12, and the iPhone 15 until the Galaxy S24 comes out, which is also rumored to arrive sometime in January 2024.

OnePlus 12 Leaked Renders And Specifications

Most recently, we discussed the OnePlus 12 renders that surfaced online. The smartphone will arrive in three colors with a bold circular camera cutout, which happens to be the center of attraction of all promotional material.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 12 should run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Other rumored specifications include a 6.82-inch 2K OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP periscope sensor, and a 5,400 mAh battery with 120W wired charging.
